Our work
For this project, we accompanied ISS during the ongoing operations of the thermal bath – from cleaning the pools and sauna areas to the technical support of the water treatment. The goal was to make the invisible work behind the scenes visible and to focus on the people who ensure the highest quality every day.
The result is an atmospheric reportage photo series featuring real work situations, technical details, and authentic portraits. The visual language combines the special atmosphere of the thermal bath with the precise processes in the background.

The imagery makes visible how closely well-being, hygiene, and technical precision are connected. It strengthens ISS's communication, gives a face to the services behind the scenes, and shows how professionally complex operational processes are implemented in a sensitive environment.
