Our work
For this article, we accompanied ISS in the door and gate service department, making a working environment visible that often goes unnoticed in everyday life. The focus was on technical processes, the precision of the work, and the employees who are responsible for maintenance, inspection, and repairs throughout Switzerland.
The result is an authentic photo reportage with portraits and work situations that makes function, responsibility, and reliability visually tangible in an often-underestimated area.

The image series shows how much expertise and commitment lies behind a service that is usually only noticed when it does not work. It strengthens the editorial communication of ISS, gives a face to the technical services, and makes visible the contribution they make every day to safety and smooth processes.
